Question Interior design

Hello everyone,

I would like to create virtual apartment that enables user to walk around like in real flat.
I'm looking for some tutorials that would help me to learn the process.
I've tried to find some on udemy and other learning platform but everything i found is game related.
I'm just starting with unity and c# so any help or hint will be highly appreciated.
I have a access to hololens 2 but if the result will be acceptable i consider switching to vario xr3

I would be also glad if someone could share some 3D data of random apartment, that would help me a lot.
