Interesting Error with MySQL

    Hi,
    I managed to connect to MySQL server and everything works fine when I use the editor. But when I build my application and run it, I am getting the exception

    "CodePage 1252 not supported"

    how is this possible?

    are you using a standalone build?

    the webbuild has various things removed


    also in the standalone build, check if the assemblies are still at the right place

    It works fine now.
    I just copied i18N*.dll files from unity folder (C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\Frameworks\Mono.framework) to assets folder and build.
    Also it works for web builds.

    its not like you shouldn't use it anyway

    making wildcard accounts to your database is like putting a fat red neon sign onto the database with an invitation to trash it ...

    assuming it will be used outside a secured closed LAN
