Instead of downloading SaveGame we now download .html file

    When we click on Attachments: Save Game for our reports instead of getting the save game we now are presented with downloading a .html file? This started occurring sometime last week.

    Thank you very much for reporting this to us.

    The development team are aware and working on a resolution as a high priority. I will update you here once I have more information of the resolution.

    The issue with downloading attachments should now be resolved. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

    Still have troubles with attached files downloading. Our attaches have no extension (maybe it's the reason), so we get "server error" while downloading.

    looks like it's the reason - missing extension causes download error.
