I installed the unity version 2018.2.6f1 using unity hub on my Lenovo yoga 510 14ISK running Elementary OS 0.4.1 Loki with elementary tweaks.
As a result, it set the system theme to default (elementary). The gtk theme setting no longer does anything. It removed the keyboard layout (the laptop has finnish layout, meaning that a lot of the bindings are missing or wrong). The key combination setting to change the layout no longer changes the keyboard layout, but instead toggles the dropdown bar.

Im asking you to help me fix my computer, I really dont want to reinstall the system.

Unity doesn't do anything with themes, layouts, shortcuts, etc.
Are you sure you didn't install/update something else around the same time?

Im quite sure, I did not do anything else, so I suspect that youre doing something that results in unexpected changes.
Ill try to repeat it today.

I installed a few versions to test unity hub the other day, and I didn't experience any of this.
