Question installing mlagents 0.30 isn't working

Good morning, I am having difficulties getting the correct versions of python and mlagents to play with each other.

Python version = 3.10.11 (3.10.12 is only available as a security release);
pip = 23.2.1;
Torch-1.13.1+cu117
Typing-extensions-4.8.0

When I run the

python -m pip install mlagents==0.30.0

command I am met with the error below.


I have also tried running

python -m pip install mlagents

which did install mlagents 0.28.


To verify I had a working version I tried running

mlagents-learn --help

and was met with the error below.


Any assistance in getting mlagents installed would be fantastic .

it tells you what the issue is, ml agents v0.30 requires python versions between 3.8.13 and 3.10.8
