Installing editor with Hub3 failed

    I have fresh new windows, I installed Unity Hub 3 and trying to install Editor 2021.1.14f1.

    It failed on editor installation and gave me the following message
    Install failed: Validation Failed
    Any Idea?
    I had Unity on the same machine running before. so system is OK

    Create installation folder if you don't have it
