Installed unity 2019.1.4f1 and cannot install Android SDK tools.

hello,
I've installed newest version (2019.1.4f1) of Unity yesterday (2018.3.6f1 is still installed on the computer)
and I cannot install required Android SDK tools for this version. I've installed it through Unity HUB 1.5.0 simple way just through checking box for Android build support and it failed already, I've retry and I'm getting:

Ignored it and tried to manually install it with the same effect.
I'm getting pop up with following message:

Ignoring it and proceeding makes Unity to recognize Android build settings, but when trying to build the app I get:

Restarting computer and killing all processes Unity related before installation did not help.
I have installed Unity 2019.1.0f2 some time ago on the different machine and it works just fine.
How can I resolve this issue for 2019.1.4f1?
