Installation problem, can't get past License Management screen

I originally installed unity on Ubuntu Linux, but it seemed rather buggy and I couldn't get the tutorial window to show up. So I tried installing it on Windows instead but now when I try to launch it, it just gets stuck on the "License Management" screen, where you select between Personal and Plus or Pro.

Is this because I already registered it on my Ubuntu install? How can I re-register it?
