Bug Install failed: Installation Failed

Hello, I downloaded unity hub today then after starting to run one of the unity versions it took three things to download, Documentation, WebGL build support and Editor application. so at first they download then when it's finished something opens and it says "please wait while configuration is loading" with a loading bar then when it reaches 100% it closes then Unity Hub next of the publisher's application, "Failed to install: Failed to install". sorry if I did not explain the problem well and especially if the text is not very understandable, I use google translation I am bad at English.

 

Same problem here. Very irritating.

Version 3.3 of hub, install of 2021.3.14f1 just fails at install step with extremely helpful "Install failed: Installation failed" error for Editor application. Unity Hub has been granted full disk access.

Things I have tried:
- uninstall and reinstall
- granting full disk access
- swearing at screen

I can manually install an editor, but I need multiple versions for some eval work I am doing.
