Insert base, breaks prefabs.

    My prefab chain:
    Base <- Agent <- MovableAgent <- Humanoid <- Humans (humans are many different prefbas)

    I enter Humanoid, drag it's root into Project directory, select "Insert Base" now all my humans are broken. They are missing the whole trees of objects.

    Another wasted day with "Improved Prefab System".
