Question Input System stops responding for a short time (usually shortly after start in editor)

Hello,
I have a problem with the new Input system 1.0.2 under Unity 2019.4.18f1. From time to time, the system stops reading my keys and starts again after a short period (or maybe after several keystrokes). There is no response even in the Input Debugger. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I've also found out that it does not respond a short time after I start the game in the editor. The input debugger starts with negative time and near the zero, there is no response (see the attachment).

Restart solved the problem.
