Input System Losing Mouse Input on Scene Change

    Hello.

    I've just started working with the new Input System, and I finally got it working (to a point). But while it works in my first scene, when I change to the next scene, I'm not getting any input from the Input Actions that are bound to the mouse.

    I have my player set up as a Prefab, with a DontDestroyOnLoad. I also tried moving the Player Input component to my GameManager instance and just spawning a new Player Prefab in each scene, but with the same result.

    I do have Player Movement and Player Combat in two different scripts, and movement works fine in the next scene.





    I've tried the Input Debugger, but it's not showing any errors, and is showing that the mouse position and left click is being registered.

    Does anyone have any ideas or advice on how I can fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am having the same issue. keyboard and gamepad input works fine, but mouse and touch stop working when scene changes. I have been struggling with it for a week now.
    Almost ready to go back to the old ways.
    Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.
