Input Action cannot be displayed on hierarchy （Unity new input system）

    I create an input action named "PlayC" within Unity,and generate c# class by default.

    I named a PlayC object on another Script called GameController . But It cannot be displayed on the hierarchy

    How can I assign the playC..
