    excuse me dude i imported the the package fine without error but when i play the demo scenes like (Intro) i click on new game on the main menu then the character choose menu pop up but there isn't any race image to click on it so i can't start a game so what should i do ????

    Have you tried clicking the blank image?

    and i have more errors,
    when i tried to import some package like voxeland and golems pack unity gave me some red error saying:
    InGameKeyPress.cs(143,44): error CS0117: `EventType' does not contain a definition for `KeyUp' ----- first error
    InGameKeyPress.cs(43,39): error CS0117: `EventType' does not contain a definition for `Repaint' ---- second

    Hi elg0hary,

    I recommend emailing us at info@logicspawn.co.uk to resolve this. It sounds like you have an issue with either using an incompatible version of Unity or you have conflicting scripts which are causing errors.

    Is this happening on a fresh project, and which version of Unity are you using?

    @Dextero I bought this recently, but the Newtonsoft json library refuses to compile for the Wii U, which is an AOT platform. How hard would it be to convert this to use Unity JsonUtility? Was there some specific reason why you chose Newtonsoft over Unity's built-in library?

    @Dextero When I try to register on your forums I am getting the following message:

    "We cannot process your registration because there has already been 2 new registration(s) from your ip address in the past 240 hours. Please try again later."

    I tried yesterday and also again today with the same result. I have not registered at all from this ip address so I believe here must be a bug in your forum registration process.

    How often have you removed topics / threads from your (own) forum? you can not delete all the threads in your forum that you do not like, people have the right to read the communication, but no... if you don't like what people say, you just delete it instead of responding, this is called a discussion and that is what people do in forums.

    Now, after so many months, you finally tell us the truth, why did you not do that right at the beginning? you must always be honest with your customers! now there are only a few people who believe in you and that is not good for business.
    You say you do not have enough sales to work more on RPGAIO, this is due to a number of things that you should improve, such as:
    1. Marketing (you don't have this obviously) people do not even know you have a patreon page, I did not know that either, I worked in the marketing for more then 20 years so you better trust me when I say that your marketing is not good
    2. Communication, this very important (and perhaps most important) and that is just something you are very bad at, you make false promises (again and again) and when people point out to you remove the topic of your forum, you don't discus things, etc... Don't tell me you didn't have time for that because we all are busy but we always have 5 minutes to spare and so do you, you were often online in the forum but never answer any question for weeks/months... anyway...
    3. a good stable website and forum in your place a Unity forum so you can not delete anything that you do not like, the forum you have is more offline then online!
    4. a Good patreon page with nice deals not the deals you have now, or maybe something more attractive so that people like to pay.

    BTW if you can not stand criticism, then you are in the wrong business... so delete it again if you want, but this time I will put it in your Unity forum so that other people can read it too.

    I do not even use your asset anymore, but I do want people to be able to read the truth and that is exactly what you do not want! so I hope you don't delete it again and maybe you can learn something from it...

    As far as I can remember there were 3 updates to that " new " RPGAIO, since it was released each time it took months and months of listing to his promises, then when it was finally updated .. there were even more bugs in the system.

    I think he outright lied to get money and that was all he ever intended to do.
    He said no to Beta testers, He Refused help with his code.

    Why did he have an outside forum ..yes simple so he Could delete posts and lie more easily to people?
    IF he had been forced more to use unity forums then maybe he would have been forced to " be better ".

    Anyone finding this forum you will see it started as a different RPGAIO, that looks very much like the
    rpgaio now, he claimed there was a full rewrite, but that did not seem right.

    Reading all the posts here you can see his level of support or more like it lack of support.

    I will NOT be jumping on the bandwagon if there is a version 2 ..unless it is free and even then.
    I won't be as supportive, simply put I do not trust him in the least any more...
    as do many others I am sure.

    I was wondering but has been more than 1 year since last update. So most likely dead. Get another asset and move on....

    If any are curious about the outside forum it is closed... he had said he was close to
    releasing version 2 last July. http://rpgaio.logicspawn.co.uk/forums/

    Even with the " official" forum closed he still gives the impression on that page
    that something will happen.

    Lest many have changed thier review on the asset page to warn others.

    Mail the Asset Store and tell them the authors has abandoned it.

    While it has not seen updates for a while, we can't claim it's dead or abandoned. The author still maintains that it is in development and that he'll re-open his forums once the latest version is done. He doesn't communicate with his community for the most part, but there are a lot of assets where communication is nearly non-existent and those products are still alive. So, until the author himself says it's dead/abandoned, I wouldn't put any stock in claims that it is.

    But ICE was officially deprecated so that's not the same thing. I'm not trying to defend him so don't get me wrong. But I still think he's working on it, but just in his own time. I'm sure it will be a long time before we ever see the update.

    I am glad I checked and waited to be fairly sure. Not sure if this is the guy that
    did Rpg All in one. We are still waiting on that one. If not look for Rap all in one to be decapitated shortly after/before this release of the new rpg asset

    I'm pretty sure that RPG Builder has nothing to do with RPGAIO. They are aren't even remotely similar.

    Maybe ... before he killed the out side forum, he announced a partnership, with someone that was doing
    low polly assets.. and then went dark for close to 2 years ? 1.5 years .. In This new version, yes a " new partner "
    again. I am not saying same code and just a reskinning of this asset.

    In any case I am not here to debate it. people can make up their own minds.

    If it really is not the same guy, developer under a different name, then my apologies.
    But look at the new channel and how new it is. Time line

    Thanks to both. I will watch this too. But Ill wait for 2 updates or three. Thanks again. So yes if so this is GREAT!!
    When I can swap out the camera controller, then it will be a buy for sure :);)

    I have to disagree. I've contacted the author directly in the past about helping with the development of this asset and I even provided some free code that added some dialogue features. He has never responded to me. I recently contacted him again and offered to collaborate on the asset to help him complete it. And I offered to integrate my LifeLink AI system with it. Again, not even the courtesy of a response. This gives me zero confidence that he will ever be a community minded author who supports his user base. And with a zero support attitude, this product will never survive.

    Start to finish, as I understand it, he is getting to release 1 within 3 months, which says a lot in my book. I am really looking forward to your asset LifeLinkAI with EmeraldAI in one of my projects @magique but I think the developer of RPG Builder has made it to the finish line (almost there) with 36 vids under his belt under his own steam (which I can understand). You know, I think he wanted to create the core asset himself with his own code. I think his commercial partners are far more about resources to be used in RPG Builder (like you know icons, weapons, sounds, UI etc) so I wouldn't take it personally...

    Also, in terms of community support, and just looking at Discord for now, this developer responds (often within minutes) to pretty much all posts on his Discord channel and is, as far as I can see, very receptive to both suggestions and questions (he has an active thread for each).

    So, I guess, we will have to agree to disagree on this one.... ;) It will be really good for the Unity Indie community as a whole for an up-to-date, accessible and comprehensive RPG Builder/Kit to come to the UA Store, and now imho.

    I think I misunderstood. I thought you were talking about the RPGAIO author not that RPG Builder author. My comments were regarding the RPGAIO author. I know nothing about RPG Builder.

    Any idea on how can I use different player/camera controller?

    I mean, I would like to have the camera constantly rotate around the player, and that the player turn on the camera direction when the player push forward.
