Information Request Game Creation

Hello,

I do not know if I'm in the right section to post this, but I'll need some information if there are any who know about video game development.

I am trying to create a game like Piano Tiles for example, something really simple with a part that lasts 1min, renewable to infinity.

In the beginning the game would have a first page where the person must identify himself to play by putting his name, first name, his email address and his phone number .. Then it accesses the game.

The game would consist of random objects that fall from top to bottom.

There would be bombs that make you lose points, and gold purses that earn points. The goal is to get as fast as possible scholarships to earn points.

At the end of the 1min, there will be a ranking with the first letter of the name and first name of the players.

I would have liked to know, if you know a platform or a tutorial to create a game like this?

I can buy a platform too, we have a budget of 200 € if needed.
