In the application form on PlayStation® Partners, you can choose between "PRIVATE/PUBLIC COMPANY", "PARTNERSHIP" or "Other (for example, sole trader)" under "Legal Status":
    https://partners.playstation.com/apex/PO_AccountAppliPTR?lang=en

Sole trader is the one you'll need to pick in your case.

If you are unsure or have any questions, contact the PS team via one of the email addresses provided under that link.

If you're planning to develop and publish a game for the PS4, then my link is the way to go.

For reference: Visit partners.playstation.net and click on the blue "Join PlayStation" button. You'll be greeted with an overview, letting you know for what you can sign up:
    https://www.companyregistration.pla...CFModules/NewLicensee/snl_master_template.cfm

See? The blue "PlayStation® Partners" link on there is the link that I posted earlier.

I think that - upon successful application - you'll get access to a special Unity Editor?!
(I'm not developing games for PS4, so I might be wrong on this...)

No, that is for non-game developers. There is no Unity for PS2/PS3/PSP/PSVITA from what I know. Support for those devices has been ended long ago.

The email addresses can be found while visiting my link, under "Before Applying" in the text.
