Bug Indirect Light Layer Stacking

    Following Scenario

    I have one Global Volume which reduces the Indirect Diffuse Lighting Modifier for the Level to 0.2.
    A 2nd Volume has a Indirect Diffuse Lighting Modifier of 1, which should only affect a certain Layer.

    The issue is, as soon as a 2nd Volume is set up which should only effect a certain layer, it will reset all other modifierts to 1. If the 2nd is set to 65 you can still see that it correctly only multiplies with the selected layer, but all others are still set to 1 and the 1st volume is ignored.

    The difference is visible in the houses in the background for example. In the lower screen the brightness is set back to 1, even though only the character layer should be effected at all.
