Question Increase CCU Per Channel In Vivox

    I read the article explaining that I only can have 200 users per Channel, so how I increase that number to max to 20K or more may be is the Enterprise account is the solution?

    Hi there,

    There is a feature for large 3D channels that allow up to 2000 participants which you can read about here: Large 3D channel setting. You assumed right that this is a feature for enterprise accounts.

    So, limit is 2000 participants, can we go beyond that?
