Bug Incorrect result of CustomRenderPass

    I've been learning about custom render passes and came across simple tutorial about full screen blit from Unity.

    I did all the steps but recieved a different result. To make sure I didn't make any typos or other errors I just coped the code from the tutorial. Yet, reults were still different.

    I'm doing it in a new empty project (3D URP) with Unity 2023.2.0a15.
    It appears to be either a bug, or an incorrect documentation
