Incompatibility Between Unity and AMD Radeon Video Cards

    I've installed and tested three separate video cards with Unity: a Geforce GTX 470, Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX, and Radeon R9 Fury.
    The AMD video cards are not functioning properly inside of Unity, and please see my previous thread concerning my troubleshooting process (all software, including drivers, are up to date, etc.):

    I have been tinkering with the various graphics/display options within Unity to create a smooth development cycle, but nothing is working. Is there anyone else who is trying to develop with the current stable Unity release ( 2018.3) while using these Radeon video cards? And if so, are you having the same issues? Are there known or declared compatibility issues that have been mentioned by Unity?
