Including real persons in your game-legal ?

    Hi. Is it legal to model and include real persons in your game without asking their permission ?

    In literature, it seems that you can, but with some restrictions. What about games ?

    As an example of games that use/will use real persons-
    1.Titanic : Honour and Glory where they will model the Titanic crew

    2. Alien: Isolation, where they use the look of the actors from the first Alien movie.
