INavigationHandler's implement methods don't trigger on Unity simulation

    Unity Version: 2017.2.0f3
    HoloToolKit Version: MixedRealityToolkit for Unity 2017.2.0p1 MRTP4

    Description: I attach offcial script "NavigationRotateResponder.cs" in namespace "HoloToolkit.Unity.InputModule.Tests" to a simple Cube in an office Test scene, When I click play button and want to rotate this Cube, it doesn't work! I've try everything I can do to test this situation, the logs in "OnNavigationStarted,OnNavigationUpdated,OnNavigationCompleted,OnNavigationCanceled" just dont trigger. it will be very appreciated if anyone solved this issue, Thx!
