In VFX graph what can I do to increase the frame rate of a flip-book when the velocity slows down?

    This setup will cause the opposite, the frame rate slows down when the particle slows down.

    Divide by velocity, then the frame rate will be inversely proportional to velocity, meaning you get what you want.
