Bug In Unity 2022.3.10f1, ripples appear on the monitor when running a project

    Hello, on Unity 2022.3.10f1, when running a project with more or less heavy mobile shaders and post effects, monitor ripples (horizontal black lines) appear.

    Computer:
    Windows 10
    Video card: RTX 3070 with latest drivers
    AMD Ryzen 7 5800 OEM Processor
    64 RAM

    How can I fix it?

    By identifying what the problem is first. Clearly though, nobody would be able to identify the problem from only a simple description.
