In my unity hub i have downloaded a unity version but it does not install.

    In my unity hub i have downloaded a unity version but it does not install and keeps on writing installing.
    And I have downloaded unity from visual studio 2019 community version. In that unity whenever i write script it does not run in the console and a problem occurs related to win32 exception error,
    Please help me in fixing any of these problems
