Bug (IN-7979)(URP) Missing ReflectionProbe usage field in MeshRenderer inspector

    Hi. I found that there is no ReflectionProbeUsage field in Mesh Renderer inspector when using URP.

    Tested on Unity 2022.2.0a17, Unity 2021.3.4f1.
    Reported as IN-7979.
