Bug (IN-64378) Failed to build Dedicated Server player runtime

    At Unity 2022.3.16f1, error log and failed to build when trying to build Dedicated Server player runtime. No issue at Unity 2022.3.15f1 so it's regression at Unity 2022.3.16f
