Bug (IN-19855) Fullscreen mode on WebGL Android browser does not work when using URP

    Hi. I found that WebGL with URP build does not work well on mobile browser.

    When using URP, its full-screen mode button does not work. After tap full-screen button, its screen turns out to black.

    Built-in RP build does not have this issue.

    Reported as IN-19855. Tested on Unity 2022.2.0b10 + Galaxy S10+ Mobile Chrome browser.
