Bug (IN-15937) Disconnect to cache server while cache uploading makes editor crashes

    Hi. I found that disconnecting while asset caches are uploading makes editor crashes.

    We need some API about synchronously wait for background task for editor automation.

    Tested in 2022.2.0b7. Reported as IN-15937.
