Improve Beta Forum

It seems most people are not aware of the Beta Guidelines and Guide to beta testing documents and thus seem to cause additional overhead on Unity Technologies side, in the sense that you pretty much have to add "Please submit a bug-report" to most forum threads here.

I wonder if it helps if you add a bug-report case field when someone creates a new beta forum thread. If the field is empty, it should be all red and display a message like:

Perhaps mention that a proper bug-report will increase the chance that UT is actually looking at the problem, so that it's in peoples' interest to make a report and does not feel like punishment. It of course should still be possible to create a thread without case number.

Having a dedicated bug-report field also avoids that people share an actual link to their bug-report history and perhaps give access to sensitive data.

With this functionality in place, I hope you have time for more important things than flooding the forum with "Please submit bug-report".
