Impossible to sell on Unity Asset Store / Unity installer stuck at 99%

Alright, this really got on my nerves! I've downloaded Unity Hub, downloaded Unity, installed it and... stuck on 99% for 3 hours now. I don't even want Unity on my PC, but the Asset Store bugs me out that I need it in order to upload and sell my stuff. I'm a composer, I have over 200 loops, I'm not a programmer and I'm not interested in learning how to use Unity! Do you guys really have to make it impossible for composers to upload their work here? Keep in mind that I just wanna sell my music here, not actually make games. It's just business. I get 70%, you get 30%. What more do you want? Install a piece of software that won't install and I don't want? Are you people right in the head?!?
