Importing

Why every time I open a unity project it has to import everything in the project... It makes such a waste of time, also when opening medium/ large project it gets freezed Having to force unity stop and reopening making again a waste of time because of the reimport (no sense to me) It is there any tip or something to accelerate the import process in unity 2019.23.4f?
Yesterday I have to spend almost 2 hours to open a project and today its looking its going to be the same way... as you could understand i can´t work with this... I have projects to finish and I cant because the time wasting of the unity process. Very frustating

 

THis is ridiculous... Even creating a nnew project it get freeze and takes at least 10 minutes to open a EMPTY proyect...
my laptop has an i7 8th gen // Nvidia Gforce RTX 20270 // 32 GB RAM // 560GB SSD
What kind of computer should i be using?

 

45 minutes to import a package and it has not finish yet!!!! it freezes every couple of minutes

 

One hour and a half and still not finished!!! its like 60%

 

And after two hours and 15 minutes when it was at 99% unity got freeze again!!!! Desperating!!!!! How I am supossed to work with it?

 

45 mins later I get home from work and still freeze....

 

This is untolerable, I have imported my model 35 minutes ago, now for every single mouse movement or click the editor freezes.... How am I supposed to work... So now I have to work even on my weekend because the editor does not stop freezing?

 

Spend all night freezing at every single click i made on the editor....

 

Well... After a living hell of weekend, now when I get to work I found that the editor has not saved the changes i have been making in my scene and not just it... IT LOST MY ENTIRE SCENE!!!! SO NOW I AM SUPPOSSED TO WAIST ANOTHER 4 or 5 HOURS REMAKING THE JOB I MADE IN MY WEEKEND

 

more than 2 hours at work and still cant do nothing in the editor... Just trying to add some colliders to my models for a tool i made and it got freeze indeterminatelly (last one i crasehd out the editor by the task manager after 45 minutes waiting to the editor to unfreeze)

 

I had review all the documentation about installation and settings for the editor and everything seems to be ok... Im not understanding what is going on with the editor... Could it be due to the version?? (2019.4.23f1)

 

As I said i ran a new project which got freeze during like 10 or 15 minutes before it started the editor... I also know about the possibility of installing multiple versions of unity and in every single one this happens. And of course I know about the ocnsole window and the logs it just dont show anything at start but it freezes and cost much time by the way... But at the imported always says about an infinite loop importing models.
