Importing Rigged Model

    I'm trying to import a rigged model (Tried both .max and .fbx) and the Preview pane shows the model correctly, but when I place the model in the scene, it looks like nothing like the preview or 3DS Max view.

    When I imported the non-rigged Maya version, all the pieces come together correctly.

    When editing the rigging, I see this:

    So it looks like it isn't importing the rigging correctly.
