Feedback Importing Maya master files

    I use Photoshop to create PSD files for textures. I hide all the work layers and test layers when saving and I get a great final texture in Unity because it flattens everything visible and discards everything hidden.

    With Maya, I can't find a way to do this. All my work geometry, boolean cutters, and temp copies get imported and I can't remove them without breaking the prefab link.

    My goal is to avoid endlessly exporting single models out of Maya. What would be ideal is a checkbox to discard geometry that is marked as invisible. In fact, where can I make that suggestion?
