How can I import Blender drivers to Unity and make it work(the rotation, scaling, deformation, changing colors) at runtime? Is it possible in the first place?

Sample of Blender Drivers that I want to import:

Really nothing short of writing your own animation system from scratch would suffice if you really wanted access to all of that information with full control at within Unity.

However, I did just see this nifty video while doing my own research. It shows how to setup configurable shapekeys imported from blender so that you can sorta get the effects you are going for. Namely, animations that range between to arbitrary shapes without the use of bones or rigs. Ultimately those shapekeys are still baked into the animation data so as far as I understand you can only control the percentage of the effect range that was already provided in the animation to begin with.
