Imported Asset back is viewed..X and Z Axis are interchanged

    I import an FBX file and drag it to my view...But instead of showing its perspective position as it was in 3ds max it shows its back...

    Second problem -> I change its rotation from 0 to 150 so its now according to my view as i want but problem is that when I change X axis value of any child of fbx file the value of Z axis changes and vice versa...
