Not sure what I can suggest, you can use middle mouse click to pan, scroll wheel to zoom in and out and right click to look around.

If you're on PC you can use WASD to move around or on a MAC it's the arrows but you still need right mouse to look, or alt and left click.

Here are all the combinations http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SceneViewNavigation.html

Thank you Aurore, I can't get right click, my mouse not scroll.
Should to exist a way for edit shortcuts, I could change to shift+click..

There's no way to customise it, that i know of but I'm investigating.

They sell custom mice and keyboards for people with MD.

My niece uses this. She absolutely loves it. Instead of a mouse you have a "wand" or pen. Your left, middle, and right click buttons are on the pen, much line a pen tablet pen would have.

But, yes, customizing the hotkeys would be great. I can second that feature request.

Looks like this piece of software lets you control what button on your mouse does what. In all, if you can't modify the hotkeys through Unity you can try to modify what your keys do in Windows. I'll keep searching for a better solution.

@Epictickle Look my solution for "Make transition" option, I used AHK(AutoHotKey) and create a routine script.
