    Hi!
First I´m new to unity :) I build a scene, with multiple animated objects, in c4d.
A really easy question I think - is it possible to import the whole scene with all the objects and
    different animations to unity?
I tried but I only get the animation clip over the whole scene - not the single objects…
I looked around in the web but did not find anything.
I really have to have a c4d file for every object?
Please tell me that I´m wrong…
Thanks for your help in advance!
    Julia

The standard way to do it is to export each object as an fbx file, and arrange them in Unity. That way, each object can contain its own animations. Keep in mind that you can still keep all of your objects in one c4d file and simply export each object from there. (not sure if c4d has a 'export selected' option)
