    Hello guys.

Its possible to import all of the models to Unity from Blender?
For example: could i import that
    with all effects?

    Thanks.

No. You could import the models and UV's, but the materials in Blender (or any 3D package for that matter) don't directly translate to a material in Unity. Every package is different. You could export the materials / textures from Blender but you won't get the fancy effects. You'd need to choose the right shader(s) or create your own in Unity.

There are some ways to achieve effects like that in Unity?

Yes, by using shaders and post processing effects. Some of which may require Unity Pro.
