Hi, so I bought GAIA asset and downloaded it. I see that it is located in the hidden library folder under the USER on the OS. As I am testing it, I created a new project and now I am trying to import that asset but can't find it in the Assets > Import Packages. How do I import a package that I downloaded for a different project in to my new project?

ps. I looked around the web first before asking and I mostly find answer on where the assets were stored, not how to import it in to a new project.

    Thanks!

Why don't you just import it from the asset store?

You can just drag and drop the package into the editor (it might have to be the Project panel that you drop it into but I never can remember exactly).

It was 1.7 gigs to download the first time and if I already have it on my computer, then importing it would be faster then having to re downloading it again.

Asset store will import it and only offer download option if there is a new version available.

This ^^^ All you do is hit import again since it is already downloaded.

Ha! that now seems to obvious of an answer. I was thinking that I downloaded it so why don't they show up in my Assets > Import Package. Dragging it in from the folder and dropping it worked as well. but might be cleaner from the asset store like you say incase there are any updates.

As usual, thanks for clearing that up guys!
