I started a new game that I want to add an old character from a past project into. It's already skeletoned up and has animations associated with it, but when I try to drag it from the old project to the new one it only brings over a blank object or the .psb file itself. Is it best to cut my losses and re-rig and animate the whole thing, or is there an easier way to do it. Thanks!

hi @otphj_llc, the skeleton data, weights and others are saved in the .meta (with the same name as your .psb file).
What you can try to do is to open the containing location of your asset in explorer (or finder on Mac) and copy both .psb and .meta files to your new project. That should bring the rig information over and fix your problem.
    Hope this helps!
