Image Effects Package missing from Import Package in Beta 14

    Can't find Image Effects, I'm going to:
    Assets > Import Packages > ______ and it's missing.

    It's not showing up when I try to create new project and Add Assets Package either.
    The only way I can get the image effects component to show is when I load up the Sample Assets Project.

    it's now part of the "standard assets", youll have to install those using the beta 14 bootstrapper installer..

    then in the editor, import package - effects, and the image effects are within there. you can uncheck the other stuff.

    Hmm seems like if I select all of Effects Package it doesn't work, but if deselect all and then select image effects only it works.
