    why using 4 Rigidbodys? i see no possible szenario where you need 4 Physic Objekts for 1 Charakter.

    if you want to animate it you need a 3D Programm an then put Bones in it. then you can import it to Unity ...

    I don't know, I use pixel animations & aren't onto weapons etc yet. You could check out the Unity learn section at the top of this page, lots of tutorials there so what you need could be buried in one of them.

    for the Weapon:
    Get the X,YZ, Coord of the Hand-Joint an store i in a Vector3, Then you can set the worldposition of the Weapon to the Worldpositio of the hand.

    something like this in C#

    new Vector3 HandPosition = hand.position();
    weapon.position = HandPosition;

    ( it's Pseydo-Code!!!)
    watch the tutorials about Vector3 and other variables!
