Unity works quite well with Blender, so you are going to have be more specific. What is the process you are using to import models from Blender into Unity and what specific problems are you having? You can drag .blend files directly into your asset folder (or just save directly from Blender into your asset folder) or export from Blender as fbx to your asset folder, both ways work quite well.

Unity crashes when I try to import a .blend into my Asset folder currently.
I've had the best luck exporting from Blender as an .fbx into the Assets folder of a Unity project. Once it has been loaded into your assets folder if you click on it (it's a prefab) you'll have import options.
Apply those, then drag into the scene view and voila you should have your model.
Post screenshots of what the issue is if still stuck

Are you double clicking the asset? That will open Blender as an editor of that asset. Just like double clicking on an image will try to open your default image editor. If you single click on the asset it should allow you to edit the import properties and you should be able to drag the model into a scene.

I haven't seen problems like this myself. I haven't had Unity crash importing a .blend file ever. I hope you have reported your problems to UT, as they seem quite committed to supporting import from Blender.

@zombie_rockstar Use latest version of Blender, and export to FBX, should work 100%. If you STILL have problems, check you blender model if got rotation and scale apply, pivot point, etc. Fbx exporter is not the best but works. If you put the blend file inside Unity assets, Unity will convert it to FBX and then import, so is best (I think) to just use FBX.
