Search Unity

Im alowed to delete "Unity UI" package in package manager but still able to build UI ?

    If you delete the Unity UI package it will not be visible in the package manager but it looks like its still here, what is happening behind this ?
    (I don't want to really delete it, but just want to check how packages works within my project)
