il2cppcore.dll did not run properly!

    I have this error because of IL2CPP. I must build the game as 64 bit for google play but neverthless, giving this error. How can I fix it?

    I have the same problem here. Unity 2019.2.6f1 with (freshly updated) MacOs Catalina. Before the update to Catalina it worked with the same Unity Version. I do not know the reason ...

    Seems to be due to Catalina stronger verification. Anyway, here is what helped me:

    1. Install Android NDK 16a again (https://developer.android.com/ndk/downloads/older_releases.html#ndk-16b-downloads) and select t in the Unity preferences for External Tools.

    2. Build the project in Unity for Android. When ever an error message "macOs cannot verify ..." pops up that has NO "Open" option, I click "Cancel" and immediately afterwards allow it in the system settings for privacy. I attached both images here.

    3. This happens several times, depending on your target architectures (ArmV7 or 64). Each error pops up again after you allowed the according execution, but that time WITH "Open" option. Use the "Open" option.

    4. When I allowed all needed files to be executed, I could build my project without errors.

    Happening for me. Will try the NDK 16 advice and see if that helps.

    2019.3.0 won't let me use anything accept NDK 19. Fails if I try to change it.

    Hello All,

    If you install the NDK version you need via the SDK Installer in Android Studio then you shouldn't encounter the signing problem.

    Alternatively, you can run this script in the root of your NDK install:

    Hello guys. I have just updated to MacOS Big Sur and started seeing these errors.
    I ran the script and the system notifications are resolved. However, I am still getting the following errors when I build in Android (even with an empty project).
    Any help will much be appreciated.

    Oh nevermind.
    I have resolved my error by reinstalling Unity from UnityHub along with fresh Android Build Support/SDK/NDK/JDK.
