This looks like a bug report you submitted. Do you happen to have the private link for it in your email? Maybe it was routed to spam for some reason.
Is that I wrote my email incorrectly when I registered some issues and that is why there are some issues that I don't have the number nor can I see them as they go nor track them. Is there a way to see them publicly or know where they are going or an estimated date of when they are fixed?

It seems that you are using Windows 7. And the problem is that you didn't install the latest .Net Framework. I installed .Net Framework 4.8 on Windows 7 and then Unity build Android IL2CPP successfully. Environments: - Windows 7 - .Net Framework 4.8 - Unity 2018.4.25f1
