IK Hand wrong

    I've been using synty characters for quite a while now, but I always come to the point where something goes wrong with IK. Now it seems like every ik Goal is good except for hands (which are the only ones I really care about....). From what I've red on forums this could be because of the rig's scale so I guess that I could fix this by using a 3rd modelling software, but I wonder if there isn't a "Unity's" way. I've been struggling with the rigging window ecc... but nothing seems to help...
