Ignoring asset refresh of Packages

    I uninstalled my unity editor by mistake, when i reinstalled it and opened a project where i've been working, a lot of warnings came up, i have tried reinstalling unity, redownloading vuforia, reimporting the project, but nothing happens

    I am having the same problem.
    I think its a version issue, because I too reinstalled unity 18.4.19 recently.
