As the title says in 2022.2.9 all of the vfx-graphs in my game are broken (using HDRP). I get a bunch of shader errors and no vfx are rendered. I don't know if it's related but the (apple silicon) editor crashes suddenly and often especially in vfx heavy scenes (despite no vfx being shown). I had to downgrade to 2022.2.8 for the time being.
